WILL SAKS, OWNER, ALI CERTIFIED LIFT INSPECTOR
Over 30 years involved in the automotive repair industry.
An auto technician for 9 years, a Tool distributor for 6 years, and now the proud owner of Herpel’s Auto & Truck Lifts in the automotive lift and equipment business for 16 years.
I may be the guy answering the phones, scheduling the jobs, ordering the parts, but in all reality, the people listed here are the ones who truly make Herpel’s what it is today!
DOUG SAKS, SERVICE TECH, ALI CERTIFIED LIFT INSPECTOR
Doug would probably be considered our longest tenured employee besides myself.
This is only because I would drag this 12-year-old kid out of bed on Saturday mornings to go help Dad install lifts.
Doug worked for us during his summers and school breaks, and even though we sent him off to Penn State for a degree in I’m not even sure what, he decided to join the family business full-time after graduation in 2017.
Those of you who have ever had the “pleasure” of working with family know the difficulties that can be experienced. I’m very fortunate that Doug has the temperament to be able to put up with the “Dad/Boss” situation!
ALEX EBERHARDT, SERVICE TECH, ALI CERTIFIED LIFT INSPECTOR
Alex started with us in 2009 at age 18.
Your typical young “whipper snapper” type kid, but having known his parents for some time, I gave Alex some slack.
So glad that I did, because Alex has become an excellent technician.
Most of our customers know Alex by name, and I think all of our long-time customers would agree that we’ve been blessed with the pleasure of watching Alex grow into the role of a true A-class service technician.
SANDY ROTH, AFSP, OFFICE MANAGER
A good friend recommended Sandy to me over a decade ago because the business really required someone to handle more of the accounting and office management duties.
Without a doubt, one of the best business decisions we have made!
If you’ve ever had a business or accounting related question or request of Herpel’s, then you’ve probably dealt with Sandy and enjoyed her total professionalism.
Whether it’s dealing with the IRS, insurances, payroll, H.R. duties, etc., Sandy handles it all and much, much more.
I truly believe that without Sandy, the quality of service we provide to the customer would be severely jeopardized.
ALLEN KRAUSE, SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Allen recently joined our team here at Herpel’s Auto & Truck Lifts. Allen comes with experience as a sales consultant, marketing representative, business manager, and so much more!

NEIL BROOKS, SERVICE TECH
Formerly the owner of Brooks Hydraulics, Neil brings to Herpel’s over 30 years’ experience in the lift business.
In 2020 Neil was looking to step back from the operations side of the business, so he decided to join Herpel’s and has quickly become a valuable asset.
Besides his experience, Neil brought on some of the friendliest customers you could ever ask for.
Neil operates out of his New Jersey base, which provides us the ability to offer excellent and timely service to the Greater Philly, NJ, and DE areas.
SHAWN ROBERTSON, SERVICE TECH
Shawn previously worked at Omnilift for 4 years. In 2021 he made the switch to join our team here at Herpel’s Auto & Truck Lifts and we are so glad that he did!
His experience in the fork lift industry has enabled him to transition easily, leading to him becoming a valuable asset to our team!
ANDREW BEER, SERVICE TECH
Andrew came to us in 2021 with a unique and valuable background in concrete, masonry, tree removal, landscaping, and who knows what else. These experiences have made Andrew an excellent service technician and quickly making him an important part of the team!
